Flow - Mission Control - Create Invoice from Billing Event

Using the Flow - Auto Create Xero Transaction Records function, the TwixRiva team has created a default mapping to allow the synchronisation with Mission Control.

To ensure that you can use the mapping, follow the steps below.

Step 1 - On the Xero Invoice table, create a lookup relation to the Mission Control Billing Event table.
The default mapping provided by TwixRiva assumes the new field is called : Billing_Event__c

Step 2 - Review the TwixRiva_MissionControl mapping in the Xero AutoCreate Mapping Custom Metadata Types table.

Below is the screenshot of the Create New Record Screen, where you can specify the details of mapping between your source object and Xero target object

Step 3 - Create a Process Builder to start on your selected event. The Action needs to be calling the ‘Apex Class’ Push Record To Xero.

In the example below, we send the Event once it is set to Status Issued.
